We at Eeritiz Minisphere adhere to a code of strict confidentiality in all our dealings with our clients. In our coaching and consulting relationships, we we offer a set of tools and techniques designed to assist the client in discovering his or her strengths, and how to use those strengths to assist them in the pursuit of their goals. We value our relationships and seek to maintain a professionalism that reflects favorably on the coaching profession.

We encourage our clients to share their accomplishments and abilities using a variety of proven story telling techniques, and the decision on what to share rests with the client. In classroom, workshop and networking sessions with groups, we provide opportunities to share, but there is no pressure to do so.
